DIABASS®  helps diabetic people to protocol and analyse their daily data in a comfortable way. In cooperation with the doctor, it's possible to improve therapy and minimize the risk of diabetes-related damages.

Easy to use

DIABASS® is easy and confortable to use: Its intuitive workshell, self-explanatory icons and the customizable, dockable toolbar give fast access to all features.

Data Management: Entries of blood glucose and specifics data comes directly from the meters; it's possible to select bolus-(rapid), basal-(delay), mixed insulin sorts and insulin from a pump (template).You can manage daily entries of food intakes, sport activities, medications, blood glucose+pressure, weight and puls. All entries may be stamped with date, time and comment (e.g. "After Breakfast", "Before 30 min. of jogging") etc...

DIABASS® provides a standard template to accelerate data entries for insulin (ex. pump) but also for food, sport and medications. Patients treated with conventional therapies (with fixed daily intakes and insulin doses), or pumpers may define a template with daily repeated entries, which can quickly be pasted into the current logbook.

Therapy control and laboratory data can be added and reported per quarter. DIABASS® also allows the possibility to enter reports of medical sessions with date, results, data and comments. The new Diabetes-Pass function will set-up target values and objectives per quarter and will compare them with your results.

Optionally, you may display a free definable target range; you can also decide the maximum range of data or whether range shall apply to the highest daily BG-value (autoscale). Out of target values are in different colors; you may display data both in mg/dl and mmol/l.The status bar always displays a short description of the BG-value or data entry, which is currently pointed out by the mouse. By pressing the right mouse button, you may modify the specified data or with the left button, the view options.

DIABASS® shows daily data in an impressive graph with "hot spot" and modern print-out capabilities.

Chronological protocols:

DIABASS® creates a chronological daily logbook and display important statistics. You can also use the monthly overview, including BG-graph and diagrams, both showing your monthly 24h-distribution of insuline, intakes and out of target glucose measures. The distribution graph gives an 24h overview of the recent xx days.

Therapy control

A powerful feature to improve your therapy is the date-time related analysis of blood glucose, insulin dosages and food intakes. The occurance of specific blood glucose measures is shown as histograph. With DIABASS®, you may also calculate an approximate HBA1c (reliability depends on the amount of measures and data); according to Schlichtkrull, you'll get the quality indexes M (80) and M(120) of your therapy.

DIABASS® can read from blood glucose meters and blood pressure meters. Grace to embedded software drivers, DIABASS® will read potentially all market device providing a communication interface to PC. File management; Import- and Export facilities, Add-Ins DIABASS® allows you to encrypt your personal data files, protect the access with passwords and send them over the Internet. As already mentioned, DIABASS® is able to read glucose meters. Also, you may import and export data from and into ASCII-files (DIABASS® 3.n & CAMIT® 3). New drivers, languages extentions and general updates are available from our support page.

Bonus: "nutrition totals"

With DIABASS® you can add manually food intakes. DIABASS® will allow to manage a small nutrition-list with daily totals of the consummed Bread Exchanges, Kcal, Carbohydrates, Proteines, Fat and Cholesterol.
